Addiction Interventions:
How Can I Help Someone I Care About
?

When someone you care about is caught in the downward spiral of addiction or engaged in other destructive behavior, you need to know how to help that person before they do irreversible damage to their lives.  Lifetime Interventions, Inc. has been providing professional, caring, and effective intervention services to families and employers for 14 years.

What is an Intervention?

An Intervention interrupts the destructive effects of substance abuse/destructive behavior.  The addicted person is helped to enter treatment and stop hurting themselves with alcohol, other drugs, gambling, etc.  The person develops new ways of coping with problems.  It is not necessary for a person to "hit bottom" or be emotionally/physically depleted.  In fact, the longer a problem persists, the more complicated treatment becomes.  Interventions are done at your location or in our offices.

Why Should I do Something?

If you don't, who will?  The longer you wait the more the person will suffer.  It is unlikely the person will seek help until significant damage has occurred.  And, there is something you can do.  When facilitated by a professional, Interventions have a success rate of 90%.
